Deadlines for Submitting End-site Certification Requests:

Per the Distance Learning Executive Committee, the following deadlines apply to ITV End-site Certification Requests.  Please select an available term for this request:
  Semester Requests Due By
Fall March 15th (Closed, Deadline has past)
Spring September 15th
Summer I & II January 15th (Closed, Deadline has past)

To have an end-site certified for distance education classes, please complete and submit the form below.  It will be delivered to the Office of the Provost for consideration.  Someone from the Office of the Provost will contact you once a determination has been made.
